All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (NGN). We accept payments via bank transfer or payment link.
- Order Processing and Shipping
Orders placed between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. are processed the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be processed the next business day. Shipping times and costs vary based on your location and chosen shipping method. Waya Hub is not responsible for delays or delivery issues outside of our control.

Refund Policy for Waya Hub
At Waya Hub, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, please review our refund policy below.
- Returns
Eligibility: Items are eligible for refund within 3 hours of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
Exceptions: Certain items are non-refundable, including opened boxed phones, discounted items, and any other items specified as non-refundable at the time of purchase.
- Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, please contact us to check product availability. Exchanges are processed once the original item has been received and inspected.
- Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Damaged or Defective Items
